Come to The Well

The Well is an initiative designed to encourage and refresh businesspeople in their faith.

Founded in 2021 to encourage New Zealand businesspeople in their faith, we focus on exploring the intersection of your work and faith. Seeking to gather and encourage, we run events with inspiring speakers who live successfully in the business world  and are passionate about looking at the place of businesspeople in God’s Kingdom.

Libby Caughey

Founder of The Cosy Lab

Libby Caughey is a business owner, wife & mother, and woman of faith, whose journey weaves together commercial experience and deep personal resilience. After early roles in hotel business development and running her family’s fashion boutique, and stepping away from business for a season to focus on her family, she later found herself back in the business world leading a textile sample manufacturing company—a season she describes as “the crucible,” where her faith was deeply tested and strengthened. In 2020 she founded The Cosy Lab, a boutique, family‑owned Auckland business, handcrafting products designed to soothe both body and soul. Today, Libby shares her journey of faith, obedience, and perseverance, and how God walked with her through, challenge, and ultimately renewal.
